The Supreme Court of India has introduced E- FILING . Now you can file a case in the Supreme through the internet and also avail of the following services:
▶Filing of cases by any Advocate-on-Record or Petitioner-in-person through internet from anywhere in the world
▶Electronic payment of court fee and other charges by visa/master card/debit card
▶Electronic registration of defect-free cases
▶Electronic communication and removal of filing defects
▶Electronic filing of reply/rejoinder/applications/ documents
Service of notices and communications through e-mail.
